Q1: Do you ship internationally?

A: Tribit online store can ship to US, JP, UK, CA, IT, ES, DE, FR and other 50+ countries. For more details and shipping costs, please go to ''Shipping Terms'' at the bottom of the page.

 

Q2: Can I use an address outside of my country of residence?

A: Sorry, you can't. Tribit website will identify your country according to your IP address, and lock it in the ''Country Select Box'' in the shipping address. 

 

Q3: Can you ship to P.O. box?

A: Most of carriers do not accept packages addressed to P.O. box, so we would recommend you to fill out the physical address.


Q4: Can I use a shipping address different from billing address?

A: Sorry, you can't. The shipping address is billing address by default.


Q5: The default country in the ''Country Select Box'' is not my country. How do I fix it?

A: Tribit website will identify your country according to your IP address, and lock it in the ''Country Select Box'' in the shipping address.

Note: Please exit your VPN app before you make a purchase. It it doesn't help, please try again with another device.


Q6: Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

A: You may change or cancel your order as long as your order hasn't processed or shipped. To change or cancel order, please contact us at support@tribitaudio.com immediately.

You can’t change or cancel an already-processed order, but you can return the item(s) you don’t want in 30 days.

 

Q7: How can I change my shipping address?

A: There are 3 situations:

1.If you want to change your address but can't change it for an unpaid order, please cancel it and place a new order with your correct address.

2.If your order is already paid and not shipped, please contact us at support@tribitaudio.com immediately. Any changes in other places(like PayPal) will not take effect.

3.If your order has been locked for processing by the Dispatch Team or completed, we are unable to amend the shipping address.

 

Q8: Where's my order?

A: Sign in your account and go to ''My Orders''.


Q9: When will my order ship?

A: Most of the time, we will process your order in 24 hours(weekend will be delayed to working day). But for the item shipped from China, it may take 3-5 business days to ship out.


Q10: When can I expect the item to arrive?

A: For shipping time, please refer to ''Shipping & Delivery'' under ''Shipping Terms'', which can be found at the bottom of the page.
