1. Do you have international shipping?

The delivery scope on Tribit website covers US, JP, UK, CA, IT, ES, DE, FR and other 50+ countries. For more details, please check "Shipping&Delivery".

2. When will my order ship?

We will process your order as soon as we receive it, which takes less than 24 hours(weekend will be delayed to working day). At that time, you can email us if you need to cancel the order or change the delivery address.

3. How will my delivery be shipped?

If the delivery address is in the following countries(US, JP, UK, CA, IT, ES, DE, FR ), we will ship from the local warehouse and you can receive the package within 3-7 business days(based on your location). For customers from other countries, your items will be directly dispatched from the warehouse in China, please wait for your package patiently.

4. How to track my order?

You can track your order on our website in 2-5 working days after your purchase.

*All the weight above should be Gross Weight.
